About

I started my career in HR, then spent the next decade on the software side of it: supporting compensation platforms, implementing HCM systems, and leading the teams that teach customers how to use them well.

At Payscale I grew from a product trainer into a Customer Education Team Lead, managing our live product training initiatives — scaling the webinar program, launching Live Certification Week, and building out the Academy video library. I also formalized our one-on-one training into distinct offerings, like New Account Training and Personalized Product Training, with clear processes and eligibility criteria — turning paid training hours into a new source of revenue. Before that, at Ascentis (a UKG company), I was selected to lead a new revenue-generating special projects team within Professional Services and managed HCM implementations from scoping through client training.

I pair that hands-on product knowledge with a focus on measurement: defining education KPIs, reporting on program impact, and using the data to keep improving. I hold an MBA in Human Resources Management.

Beyond work

Behind the camera

When I'm not working, I'm an emerging photographer. I create art through photography and sell my work locally.

Photography keeps me curious and always learning, and it sharpens the same eye for detail and storytelling I bring to the training content I create.
